The systems are behaving with a terrifying level of normalcy today. No spikes, no sudden failures, no fresh errors. On paper, it’s a technician’s dream. But that technical silence is coinciding with the fact that one of our most frequent contributors has dropped off the map entirely. It’s a strange dissonance—to see the machines running perfectly while the human element starts to fray. I’ve started archiving the last month of logs separately on a physical drive. I don’t trust the cloud anymore, and I don’t trust the continuity of a system that ignores the absence of the people it’s supposed to be watching.
