All hospital and municipal systems have been moved into ‘permanently restricted’ mode. The override paths have been removed. This is a one-way decision—you don’t burn the bridges behind you unless you’re absolutely certain that rollback isn’t an option. It means the people in charge have decided that the Stockport we knew is never coming back. They are locking the doors and throwing away the keys. We are now living in a closed loop, a system that only knows how to contain, not how to heal. The finality of it is more exhausting than the work itself.
